Estonian Arco undertakes building of pedestrian tunnel to "Stockmann" in Riga
19.11.2008Arco Construction, a 55% joint-venture of Arco's construction division in Latvia, has signed a construction contract with Stockmann Center to design and build a pedestrian tunnel under Gogola Street to the trade center "Stockmann" in Riga, as Arco informed the Tallinn Stock Exchange.

14.11.2008Based on provisional data released by Statistics Lithuania, in III quarter 2008, 292 new residential buildings were constructed in Lithuania. In these residential buildings, 2458 dwellings were equipped. Against III quarter 2007, the number of completed dwellings increased by 1%. In III quarter 2008 against II quarter 2008, the number of completed dwellings decreased by 195, while the useful floor area decreased by 51.3 thousand m2.
